Returns & Exchange Policy
Here at Glamour Architect we strive for customer satisfaction and are confident in the product we provide. There are no refunds, but we do allow exchanges as long as the hair has been unopened, in its original packaging, and has not been manipulated in any way (this includes washing the bundles). Customer is responsible for shipping cost and we strongly suggest tracking your return. New items will be shipped upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of returned item[s].All items are shipped via DHL, USPS, FedEx, and UPS so any damages, delays and/or errors caused by carriers must be handled with them directly because our company is not liable.
